Our Production Line

OSP Steel uses billet iron as a raw material with a maximum square section of 130 mm. These billets, annealed to 1200ºC, and turns into profiles in the dimensions and shapes desired by the customers.

All mechanical and dimensional controls are made and the profiles are delivered to the customer as flat-length profiles, curved rings or sliced pieces in accordance with the demand of the sector.

In general, OSP Steel can produce sections with a maximum unit weight of 20 kg/mt, a width of 140 mm, a maximum length of 12 meters or a diameter of 35".

Customer requests start its life at the OSP Steel factory with the technical drawings and specifications. It becomes reality with process design, equipment and mold manufacturing, prototype production, quality control activities, rolling and cold working processes, packaging and shipping.
